Position Summary The Senior IT Project Manager serves as the delivery lead for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role orchestrates the integrated delivery schedule across all workstreams and dependent projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and System Integrators (SI) to ensure fit-to-standard outcomes, clean execution, and on-time delivery. This individual is accountable for building and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), governing cross-workstream dependencies, and ensuring consistent execution across all project phases. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary delivery lead for the SAP S/4HANA program, coordinating all workstreams and dependent projects • Build, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all functional and technical workstreams • Partner with the Program Manager, Business Owners, IT leadership, and third-party System Integrators (SI) to drive execution • Orchestrate delivery across modules and systems including: • IS-U Billing / FICA • EAM / Mobile • MM / Procurement • FI/CO • CRM Service Cloud v2 • Commerce / Hybris • CPI Integrations • BW / Analytics • Ensure fit-to-standard delivery and timely business and technical decisions • Monitor SI and vendor work products for completeness and definition-of-done • Manage phase gate readiness and ensure consistency across all workstreams • Develop, maintain, and monitor execution-level project artifacts including: • Scope baseline • Change intake and change control • Requirements management • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Schedule and cost management • Testing strategy and execution tracking • Cutover and go-live planning • Provide guidance on project strategies, requirements specifications, and functional specifications • Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations • Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication Required Skills & Experience (Must Have) • Proven hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations • Strong SAP functional and delivery background • End-to-end SAP implementation project management experience • Experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream programs • Experience working with System Integrators and third-party vendors • Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and integrations • Expertise in building and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality in enterprise programs Apply tot his job
