School Psychologist Teletherapy - Michigan
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed school psychologist to provide telehealth services in a K-12 school setting. This position supports students across multiple schools and focuses on delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultation to enhance student well-being and academic success. Location: Sterling Heights, MI Duration: Current school year (CSY) through June 12, 2026 Setting: K-12 school environment, serving three schools Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments consistent with K-12 educational needs • Provide telehealth psychological services, including counseling and behavioral interventions • Collaborate with school staff, families, and external providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) • Utilize Mi-Star system experience to document and track student progress and assessment data • Support crisis intervention and student mental health initiatives as needed Desired Qualifications: • Valid school psychologist license • Experience delivering school psychology services via telehealth • Familiarity with K-12 school environments and procedures • Knowledge of Mi-Star educational platform considered an asset • Strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with educators and families This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a school psychologist to positively impact student outcomes through remote services across multiple schools within the district.
