Search Engine Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Referral Program (NestEdge RE)

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to plan, set up, and optimize a paid search campaign aimed at driving high-intent buyer and seller leads to our referral program. This is to test that our network referral program is working at scale. This test will bolthires certain states to ensure that qualified home buyers and sellers connect with an verified real estate agent in their area using our technology. You’ll work closely with the founder’s daughter (a marketing professional) to:Research and recommend high-performing, relevant real estate keywordsWrite and test compelling ad copy that attracts qualified leadsSet up and manage campaign structure, tracking, and conversion goalsMonitor performance, optimize bidding strategies, and report on ROIRecommend scaling strategies once we’ve validated lead quality and volumeABOUT USNestEdgeRE.com is a new real estate referral network designed to connect qualified buyers and sellers with trusted, vetted agents from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) and other leading brokerages.Unlike typical lead-generation services that rely on estimates or algorithms, our referrals come from real people—customers who have already taken the initiative to request professional agent assistance. Our program is also unique because clients receive 20% of the total commission back at closing, making NestEdge RE one of the most consumer-friendly real estate referral models in the market.
