Senior Advisor, Recruiting Specialist

Job Description:• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified financial advisors and teams. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including networking, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms. • Develop strong relationships with prospective advisors, understanding their business needs and career goals. • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the recruitment and transition process. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vetting, onboarding. • Work closely with marketing to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes. • Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback.
