Senior AI Consultant / Architect – Internal AI Policy Agent & Commercial Process Audit
We are a multi-company retail automotive group starting a structured AI-driven transformation. We are looking for a senior AI consultant / architect to lead an initial strategic project focused on internal AI agents, policy reasoning, and commercial process transformation. This is not a generic development task. We are looking for someone who can think, analyze, and propose solutions at a business and process level, not just write code. What we need (clear scope) This engagement has two parallel components, structured by modules and deliverables, not open-ended work. Module 1 – Internal AI Policy Consultant Agent Design and implement an internal AI-powered policy consultant agent for our commercial area. The agent will be used by: -Sales advisors -Sales managers -Commercial formalization / documentation teams -Executive management The agent must: -Act as a single source of truth for commercial policies and procedures. -Provide role-based guidance (scope, limits, exceptions). -Clearly explain what actions are allowed or not allowed under policy. -Guide users on correct procedures for specific scenarios. -Act as an internal consultant, not a generic chatbot. -Deliver consistent, traceable, decision-oriented answers. This module is intentionally well-defined and expected to be delivered in a short timeframe. Module 2 – Commercial Process Audit & AI Roadmap In parallel, we need a deep audit of the entire commercial process of one of our companies. Scope includes: -End-to-end mapping of the commercial workflow. -Identification of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual dependencies. -Review of current tools, systems, and human-driven processes. -Concrete proposals for: -Process automation. -Additional AI agents (consultants, validators, assistants). -System integrations (CRM and internal workflows). -A clear, prioritized AI and automation roadmap. We will not provide a predefined list of automations. We expect the consultant to analyze, diagnose, and propose solutions based on findings and experience. Important technical context The AI policy consultant agent must be deployed within our Office 365 ecosystem, which is used across the entire holding. All AI solutions must be compatible with: -Office 365 and Microsoft Teams -Our existing ERP system -Our database infrastructure -Enterprise-grade security and role-based access control Experience integrating AI solutions within Office 365 or similar enterprise environments is highly valued. How we like to work -Engagement is outcome- and module-based. -Each module must have clear scope, defined deliverables, and estimated effort. -Hourly billing can be used as a mechanism, but progress is evaluated by deliverables and outcomes, not hours spent. -Direct communication with executive leadership. -Clear documentation and structured thinking are essential. Required skills and profile -Senior experience in Artificial Intelligence and LLM-based systems. -Strong background in AI Agent Development, Process Automation, Business Process Analysis, System Architecture, Workflow Automation, API Integration, and Python. -Experience deploying solutions within Office 365 environments. -Proven experience applying AI to real business operations. -Comfortable working with ambiguity and proposing solutions. -Not frontend-focused (React, UI, mobile apps are not the focus). To apply, please include -A brief description of similar projects (AI agents, process audits, automation). -How you would approach Module 1. -How you typically structure modular, outcome-based engagements. This project is expected to expand into a long-term collaboration if the first modules are successful. Apply tot his job
