Job Overview The Senior Analyst of Customer Experience Strategy is a critical member of the Strategy team, responsible for leading and supporting discrete strategic projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience. This role will assist in prioritizing initiatives, performing business analysis, working on business development opportunities, and monitoring Customer Experience's performance vs. targets and competitors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, finance, and business intelligence, and will be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Planning Process (50%) : Support the strategic and operational planning cycle through building models, performing business analysis, and benchmarking studies. Work closely with the business to help communicate the strategy and planning outcomes, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Strategic Projects (40%) : Analyze business problems, structure the issue, and perform analyses. Synthesize data to help develop a solution, create documents communicating the solution using structured communications principles, and present the solution to the team and stakeholders. Work with stakeholders to implement the solution and ensure that it is effective and sustainable. Competitive and Market Intelligence (10%) : Perform research on key competitors and market trends, and own regular reporting on one or more data sources. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the business on how to stay ahead of the competition. Leadership and Collaboration The Senior Analyst of Customer Experience Strategy will report to a Manager or Director of Business Ops & Strategy, and will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organization. This role does not have direct reports, but will require strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with others. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner, and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Travel and Physical Requirements This role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, and most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles, but this is not a physically demanding role. Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a strong background in strategic planning, finance, and business intelligence, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
