As an Associate, Tech Project Management, you will serve as a facilitator for the Content Product Team, advocating, and executing Agile practices to support incremental delivery of prioritized work and value to end users. This role works with the Product Owner and Engineering in adopting Agile principles and values, removing impediments, and supporting an environment of continuous improvement. Responsibilities• Facilitating Agile events that help the Engineering team deliver value incrementally and iteratively• Supporting the Program Increment (PI) execution through facilitating team level events and partners with the RTE• Supporting the team in achieving the PI objectives• Supporting Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories• Supporting coordination across Team of Teams (Agile Release Train (ART)/Release Train Engineer (RTE))• Supporting, monitoring, and providing visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies• Fostering practices for identifying, tracking, discussing and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, taking ownership of a dependency in some circumstances• Managing and organizing delivery effectiveness metrics to track progress and improvement over time.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in technology related discipline or equivalent experience preferred• 3-5 years of experience with Software as a Service application, preferably M365 content solutions such as OneDrive/SharePoint and Governance Tools such as AvePoint• Experience participating in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams is preferredBenefits• Competitive base salaries• Bonus incentives• 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan• Free financial coaching and financial well-being support• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits• Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need• 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, offered for pregnancy, adoption or surrogacy• Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location)• Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program• Career development and training opportunities Apply tot his job
