Senior Business Process Consultant

Position Purpose: The Senior Business Process Consultant, Dual Initiatives provides strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives within the Duals program. This role focuses on end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities, and assisting in the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize operational workflows. The consultant will collaborate across multiple functional areas to ensure process integrity and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and member experience. Essential Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end process and experience mapping for Duals operational workstreams. • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple functions. • Develop root cause analysis and defect prevention strategies based on evidence and data. • Support data analysis, governance, and visualization of business processes to inform decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives. • Document and maintain updated process maps and improvement plans. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and support for process improvement initiatives. • Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree in a related field preferred 6+ years managing projects required Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred Licenses/Certifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI required Process quality certification preferred This position is 100% remote within the United States. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
