Senior Commercial Real Estate & Investment Consultant – Land Use & Feasibility Analysis

Seeking an experienced commercial real estate and investment consultant to conduct a highest-and-best-use analysis for a land parcel. This is a strategic advisory engagement, not a broker assignment. The goal is to assess the surrounding market, demand drivers, zoning and operational realities, and identify realistic, financeable business concepts that could be developed on the site.
