Partner with the bestIn this role you will lead Akamai's Marketing Analytics & Insights team. Working closely with the Marketing Leadership team to drive an progressive and innovative 3-5 year roadmap. You will harness the power of data, analytics & insights to guide decision making across the organization. As aSenior Director Marketing Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for:• Leading a global team on building an innovative roadmap and enabling the organization to infuse data in decision making.• Providing data-informed analyses to leadership addressing business marketing performance & ROI, while prescribing actionable next steps• Focusing on enabling the analytics team with data storytelling and insightful narratives to advise marketing on investments and target markets• Defining, creating and implementing a methodology to measure key business outputs while providing insights and actions• Defining and implementing a sustainable analytics model that supports the marketing organization.• Managing & maintaining relationships with Marketing Leadership to understand the marketing organizations strategic priorities and goals. • Monitoring the overall marketing performance and targets, while communicating and sharing insights back to the organizationDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:• Have 12 years' experience and a Master's degree or equivalent practical experience• Be experienced with advanced analytics concepts including attribution models, ROI, LTV:CAC, and data storytelling, customer first approach• Have experience using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis, and campaign management software tools.• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Be familiar with marketing datasets: Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo, or comparable systems. • Enjoy leading a large-scale global analytics organization efficiently and working cross functionally with the businessWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.When our colleagues said that flexible working was important to them, we listened. The base salary for this position ranges from $183,830 - $293,999/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
