Senior Director RevOps

This role reports to the Chief of Staff and serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, Finance, and Go-To-Market leaders across the organization. We’re seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable revenue infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance. This role is accountable for the effectiveness of our revenue data and GTM systems ecosystem, providing oversight of the analytics data zone and core revenue platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related tooling) to ensure they consistently serve business needs. This leader is accountable for defining the RevOps systems and data strategy, ensuring that data and system outputs handed to GTM Systems and downstream teams are accurate, reliable, well-modeled, and decision-ready. They ensure revenue systems and analytics work together as a cohesive foundation for reporting, forecasting, automation, and operational execution.
