Senior Engineer Banking APIs (multiple positions) in Seattle, WA
About the positionResponsibilities• Utilize Java and Spring Boot to develop and maintain the Bank Holiday Service, Tokenization Service, Subscription Service, and Webhook Event Notification Service. • Complete API testing and validation to confirm the relatability and correctness of Webhook services. • Implement user interfaces against REST APIs. • Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices. • Participate in code reviews and implement changes as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure-related issues for the team. Requirements• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, or a related occupation. • 2 years of experience developing microservices using Spring Boot. • 2 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and deploy services. • 2 years of experience using Cassandra to manage and query large-scale, distributed data.• 2 years of experience using Scrum methodology in Agile environments. • 2 years of experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
