This remote position offers autonomy while providing robust support from an assigned discovery attorney, an in-house forensic CPA, and a dedicated Client Services team to manage client accounts. Candidates must be available for an initial two-week training and onboarding period at the firm's San Diego office. Key Responsibilities• Manage and litigate complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and related disputes.• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and strategic insight. • Collaborate with a team of specialists, including discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs, to develop case strategies. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and tailored legal solutions. • Stay current on family law developments through firm-provided MCLE courses and external educational opportunities.Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California Bar. • Prior experience in family law litigation strongly preferred. • Passion for family law and a commitment to excellence in practice. • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team. • Availability to work in-office in San Diego for the initial two-week training period.
