With a reputation for delivering exceptional results, the firm is supported by a team of 12 Certified Family Law Specialists and offers a dynamic, high-performance environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration.Job SummaryTheSenior Associate Attorney will play a key role in managing complex family law litigation cases, leveraging their expertise to deliver outstanding client outcomes. This remote position offers autonomy while providing robust support from an assigned discovery attorney, an in-house forensic CPA, and a dedicated Client Services team to manage client accounts. Candidates must be available for an initial two-week training and onboarding period at the firm's San Diego office. Key Responsibilities• Manage and litigate complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and related disputes.• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and strategic insight. • Collaborate with a team of specialists, including discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs, to develop case strategies. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and tailored legal solutions. • Stay current on family law developments through firm-provided MCLE courses and external educational opportunities.Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California Bar. • Prior experience in family law litigation strongly preferred. • Passion for family law and a commitment to excellence in practice. • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team. • Availability to work in-office in San Diego for the initial two-week training period.
