Senior Financial Analysis Consultant – Sales Support, Dealer Economics
Job Description: • Act as an objective business advisor to Sales Leaders , partnering on strategies and decisions that strengthen dealer partner relationships and drive profitable growth. • Lead the design, modeling, analytics, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs , including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooks. • Deliver a clear storyline of monthly and quarterly results with insights and actionable recommendations for Sales leadership. • Provide financial measurement, performance tracking, and deep-dive analytics to support Sales problem solving and dealer partner growth initiatives. • Offer thought leadership and direction to Sales Leaders and business partners, influencing strategies that improve dealer economics and program effectiveness. • Build and maintain reporting frameworks and financial tools to track performance, program ROI, and dealer partner profitability. • Champion process improvements and new methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial reporting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align on dealer partner strategies and priorities. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Previous experience supporting sales growth initiatives and compensation program modeling. • Self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal leader guidance , taking full ownership of deliverables and outcomes. • Proven ability to build new processes, tools, or analytical frameworks that deliver deeper insights and operational improvements. • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and planning skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Excellent collaborator and consultant, skilled at influencing across functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, Operations) and levels of leadership. • Systems thinker who understands how dealer partner incentives, compensation programs, and broader P&L drivers connect. • Quick learner who is resourceful in the absence of documentation and able to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.
