Job Overview: Senior Customer Success Manager As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs. Key Responsibilities: Support customers in all matters related to the usage of arenaflex's services, including CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives. Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources. Drive customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building. Successfully implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods and providing training to all stakeholders of the projects. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess a business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have: More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry. Experience in management of projects and small teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America. A valid driver's license with a good standing record. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Maintenance-specific experience with the usage of CBM and CMMS tools. Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
