Senior Lean Business Office Consultant

Job Description:• In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing a business system office using lean methodologies to support CLEAResult’s mission of delivering efficient and sustainable energy solutions. • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • This role will utilize lean tools such as value stream mapping and Kaizen events to eliminate waste, improve productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee training and engagement.• By analyzing performance data and aligning projects with strategic goals, the role ensures the office’s operations contribute to CLEAResult’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Requirements:• Proven experience in building and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization. • In-depth knowledge and application of lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver results on time and within budget.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions. • Solid understanding of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. • Experience in training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies and process improvement.• Passion for CLEAResult's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact. • Continuous learner mindset, staying updated on the latest lean methodologies and industry trends.
