These roles are part of a national team supporting multiple M&A due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions with private equity firms and corporate clients. Consultants will lead Quality of Earnings (QofE) reviews, net working capital and net debt assessments, and carve-out analyses, while preparing and delivering reports that drive transaction decisions.
