Role: Senior PL/SQL Developer/Data Warehouse Engineer (Reframe & DAFS Analytics) Work Location: 100% Remote - Prior State Client Experience Client will only consider candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones Top Required Skills PL/SQL Data Warehouse Design & Development Code Review & Conversion Business Requirements Gathering Technical Documentation Job Summary The DAFS Data Warehouse team is seeking a highly skilled Programmer 4 to support ongoing OMS Reframe and DAFS Analytics initiatives. This role is critical in meeting aggressive project timelines while also supporting agency users in current production environments. The consultant will continue to provide post go-live support to ensure system stability and performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed design specifications for highly complex, large-scale systems to support development and implementation efforts. Maintain and support assigned systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance. Design, develop, and enhance systems using 3GLs, 4GLs, enterprise-class development tools, system utilities, and project management tools. Diagnose and resolve complex application software issues while considering system capacity, constraints, timelines, and desired outcomes. Design and develop reusable subroutines to improve system efficiency and productivity. Perform advanced and specialized programming assignments to meet business and user requirements. Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining progress on active deliverables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders using a customer-focused approach. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a shared team development environment. Develop and maintain solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Apply best practices in Data Warehouse architecture and development, including dimensional Modeling. Conduct software testing to ensure data integrity and solution quality. Gather and Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL Expertise in Data Warehouse design and development Experience reviewing and converting legacy code Proven ability to gather and document business requirements Strong technical documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience with the Kimball methodology Star Schema design experience Prior State government experience Apply tot his job
