Senior Product Manager, Mobile Performance and Reliability
About the positionResponsibilities• Pair closely with theSenior Engineering Manager to identify strategies and priorities for the 3 engineering squads• Spend time with Etsy app engineers to develop a deep understanding of their needs• Define OKRs and track progress against them, communicate plans and updates to cross-functional partners and leadership, and drive the execution of your roadmap to hit your team's goals• Own your team's success metrics, including impact to our business and customersRequirements• Proven success in leading and developing high impact teams with meaningful goals• Understanding of observability concepts, including metrics, tracing, and logging frameworks• Experience working tools like Grafana, Bugsnag or similar platforms• Experience working on tools and software for internal customers, App experience a plus• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs• Deeply inquisitive and a desire to understand the 'why'• Ability to empathize with the customer and understand their needBenefits• Equity package• Annual performance bonus• Competitive benefits that support you and your family Apply tot his job
