Our TeamThe Access team plays a critical role in securing and enabling the Mass Customization Platform (MCP), the technology backbone that powers Cimpress businesses such as VistaPrint, National Pen, and others. The team is responsible for onboarding businesses, managing users, and safeguarding the platform through robust Identity, Authentication, Tenancy, Account Management, Authorization, Risk Intelligence, and Compliance solutions. Our systems ensure that every person, service, and application that intends and is permitted to connect with the MCP can do so securely and operate with the right level of trust and control.As aSenior Product Manager, you will own the product direction and execution for critical functional areas within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and extended portfolio. You will serve as the bridge between high-level platform strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will take ownership of sophisticated problem spaces such as identity, authentication, authorization, tenancy, and risk intelligence and drive them from vague requirements to successful global adoption. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing partners across Cimpress businesses, and ensuring our services evolve to support emerging technologies, including AI agents and third-party ecosystem integrations.What You Will Do• Execute the Product Strategy: Define and implement the quarterly and annual product roadmap for significant components of the Access products, translating high-level strategic goals into detailed, actionable plans and measurable outcomes. • Deep Customer & Market Discovery: Lead continuous market research, competitive analysis, and deep-dive discovery with Cimpress business units to identify unarticulated needs. Use data and insights to validate hypotheses, prioritize high-impact features, and lead "build vs.buy" evaluations for critical Access related product technologies. • Drive Solution Design and Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams to translate large-scale initiatives into a clear, prioritized backlog. Act as a trusted partner, navigating technical trade-offs, and collaborating on system design, API contracts, and architectural decisions. • Champion User-Centricity and Security: Ensure our products adhere to strong UX principles, making APIs, SDKs, and tools intuitive, well-documented, and easy to integrate.Champion a secure, scalable, and API-first foundation for the products you handle. • Stakeholder Management and Alignment: Collaborate across the organization with business units, platform teams, and partners to ensure Access solutions meet real-world needs while balancing security, usability, and scalability. Effectively manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and changes across all Cimpress businesses. • Measure and Improve Outcomes: Continuously refine product features and operational processes using adoption metrics, platform performance data, and customer feedback.Your QualificationsAt Cimpress, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. • Product ManagementExperience: 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally working on complex, high-quality B2B or B2C web-based products, preferably in the SaaS space.• Deep Domain Expertise: Proven track record in one or more of the following: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), Granular Application Access Control, Security and Compliance, Role-based Access Management, Policy-based Access Management, or Platform tenancy. • Security Context: Exposure to Risk Intelligence, Trust & Safety, or Compliance products within high-volume B2B platforms (e.g., FinTech/Payments), SaaS, or sophisticated e-commerce ecosystems. Nice to Have• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer/IT/Electronics Engineering and/or previous s/w development experience is a huge advantage• Exposure to one of these areas: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social SignOn, SSO, LDAP, Okta, Auth0, Authz, OPA, Authzed, integrating with API-first products, Payment fraud, Account takeover, Sanctions/AML screening, data privacy compliances (GDPR, etc.)• Ability to create concept wireframes.• Exposure to Agentic AI productsWhy You'll Love Working HereWe encourage our engineers to think like owners - to continue to act small as we grow.
