Senior Product Operations Manager, New Hardware
Job Description: • Provide expertise in solar and residential energy technologies • Communicate requirements between stakeholders including engineers, operations, OEMs, and investors • Understand hardware decisions and their business implications • Work with commercial and operational teams for hardware launches • Identify new partners and technologies for strategic advancement • Maintain relationships with OEM partners and technical teams Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in a role which provides a deep, highly technical understanding of solar and/or other energy efficiency technologies • Experience in the solar industry is required; experience with other home efficiency hardware types is a plus • Ability to analyze technical reports on solar inverters or batteries • Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented • Ability to manage across multiple priorities and influence peers and cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills with senior leaders and external stakeholders • Proactive in problem-solving • Experience working at an early stage startup is preferred • Contractor’s license and/or Electrical license is preferred Benefits: • Unlimited PTO • Medical coverage • Dental coverage • Vision coverage • Paid parental leave • Retirement plans Apply tot his job
