# Shopify Wholesale Portal & Paywalled Pricing – Developer Request ## Background We operate a Shopify store on the **Shopify Grow plan** and are looking to convert it into a **fully functional wholesale portal**. We are **not interested in Shopify Plus or Shopify Plus B2B** due to cost constraints and intend to remain on the Grow plan. Our primary challenge is that our core products are **custom** and pricing is driven by **variants rather than traditional SKU-based products**. Because of this, we anticipate custom Shopify development (Liquid, theme logic, and possibly custom scripts) will be required.
