Translate business requirements into technical specificationsDesign and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, Highcharts, SQL stored procedures)Works with clients and management to resolve issues and validate reporting requirementsAnalyze and resolve SQL data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundanciesSupport clients with data integrity checks and reconciliation activitiesParticipate in development projects including user sessions, requirements gathering, and development of functional specifications as requiredRequirementsSQL development Experience in MS SQL ServerAbility to write complex SQL queries and stored proceduresAnalytical mind with a problem-solving aptitudeAbility to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teamsStrong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum directionAbility to multi-task and prioritize work load effectivelyPREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):Experience developing in Reporting application, e.g.- SSRSExperience developing PowerBI (reports and datasets)Knowledge of dashboard/visualization and best practicesExperience in Real Estate preferredBS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field5+ years of BI / Analytics / Reports development experienceBenefitsWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
