Senior Zoho CRM Expert (10+ Years Experience, Fully Certified) – Adv Workflows, Forms, SMS, Chat

Job Description:We are looking for a high-level Zoho CRM expert with 10+ years of hands-on Zoho experience and all major Zoho certifications (CRM, Deluge, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk, Books/Finance, etc.). Our company runs the majority of its operations inside Zoho CRM. Most of our system is already set up, but we now need advanced customization, optimization, and programming to take things to the next level. We briefly moved a few components to HubSpot and are now moving them back — so we need someone who can fix mappings, clean up logic gaps, and reestablish best practices.This job will begin with a trial phase of several tasks. If the work is high quality, this will develop into ongoing weekly or monthly support. Immediate Needs & Example Tasks:CRM Customization & ProgrammingCustomizing Zoho CRM fields, forms, and modulesAdding complex formulas in Zoho Forms and CRMCreating advanced validation rules, conditional logic, and lookup relationshipsBuilding or refining complex workflows, assignment rules, and blueprintsAdvanced Deluge scripting for automation and cross-app actionsSMS & Live Chat IntegrationIntegrating Zoho CRM with an external SMS platform (e.g., Twilio, SMS-Magic, RingCentral, etc.)Ensuring all SMS records sync cleanly to CRM leads/contactsSetting up a Live Chat tool (Zoho SalesIQ preferred, but open to other platforms)Creating routing rules, notifications, automated replies, and CRM record creation for chatsData Flow & System RefinementCleaning up inconsistencies from the partial HubSpot migrationFixing field mapping, lead routing, and workflow gapsEnsuring clean sync between CRM, Forms, Campaigns, and external toolsReviewing and enhancing dashboards, reporting, and KPIsGeneral consultation to ensure our Zoho environment is optimized and scalableQualifications (Required):10+ years direct hands-on Zoho CRM experienceAll major Zoho certifications (please list them in your proposal)Expert-level skill in:CRMDeluge scriptingAdvanced automation/workflowsForms with formulasFlow, Campaigns, Creator, DeskProven experience integrating CRM with SMS systems and live chat toolsStrong ability to audit, fix, and optimize existing CRM setupsClear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisionsAbout Us:We run the majority of our business on Zoho CRM.The structure is already there — we simply need an expert to refine, optimize, and elevate the system.
