In this role, you will be responsible for helping amplify key messages, build programs, and partner cross-functionally within the organization. You will work side by side with the other regional Apps Solutions marketers along with key stakeholders in Tanzu Sales and Demand Generation.This is a 4-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is a remote role in the USA. This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities:• HLead strategy, design, and planning of Tanzu presence at KubeCon and AWS Reinvent focusing on outcomes that drive business impact and maximize return for our strategic accounts. • Manage meeting room process and educate sellers about the Tanzu presence at KubeCon and AWS re: Invent. • Work side by side with the Product Marketing team within Modern Apps and Management Business Group to craft relevant messaging aligned to new business updates announced at VMware Explore.• Lead strategy, design, and planning of our Post Explore program: Account Specific Spring One Tours. Including building a landing page, securing speakers, and managing external vendors for on-site in-person requirements around AV & F&B. • Lead bi-weekly team calls to keep extended stakeholders on task and the programs moving forward. • Work collaboratively across Field Marketing, BDRs, Global Demand, Global Events, and Field Sales to track goals and objectives for each program. • Analyze, track, and report on program ROI based on predetermined engagement, revenue, and other experience metrics.• Support internal communication by conducting pre and post-event calls with the sales team, managing event planning documents, and sales participation/process. • Manage the creation and updates of the Amer Field Marketing internal intranet site, Source. Working across teams to gather key insights, metrics, and updates to showcase to sales leadership. Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Marketing (or) marketing in the High-tech industry. • Must have strong Marketo skills and experience.• Event Management & Execution, Integrated Campaign Management. • Customer-centric approach. • Demandbase One reporting. • SFDC Report Building.
