Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management roles, preferably in a transformation capacity. • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • Experience in marketing transformation processes and operational excellence.• Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on project progress. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
