The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As the Sr. Manager of Partner Acquisition, your mission will be to identify, recruit and contract new business partners for the Target Plus marketplace. Discovery and identification of new business partners will be directed via close partnership with Target Merchants, and Target Plus Category Managers to unlock new, complementary products and merchandising strategies intended to enahnce the Target.com shopping experience.To effectively secure the most meaningful, productive partnerships, you will need to leverage strong strategic, analytic, and communication skills to build long-term internal and external relationships. An understanding of the marketplace landscape and technical requirements through a customer-centric perspective will be critical to succeeding in this role. This is an ideal role for a sales-oriented self-starter who is looking to take ownership in rapidly scaling an emerging business. RequiredQualifications: 4+ years of experience in digital marketplaces strongly preferred 4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development roles preferred Extremely strong external communication skills, including sales, negotiations, and relationship building Expertise in negotiations theory, including facilitating legal, financial and operational contract discussions Extremely strong communication skills across strategic leadership and cross functional levels Strong strategic development skills and the ability to create implementation plans Understanding of digital businesses, including knowledge of digital traffic and conversion Strong project management skills preferred Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommendedThis position may be considered for aRemote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex forYour Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.ARemote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex forYour Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
