Benefits: bolthires offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), employee discount, paid sick leave, vacation, etc. For more information, please refer to the following URL:About the role: ASenior PI Operations Analyst is critical to bolthires’s Physical Inventory strategy, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across stores and distribution centers.What you’ll do:• Lead Physical Inventory Processes:Oversee and execute physical inventory operations for bolthires Stores and Distribution Centers. • Partner Across the Enterprise:Collaborate with stores, distribution centers, and third-party inventory service vendors. • Travel & On-Site Support:Travel approximately 30% (peak periods February–October). • On-Call Support:Provide rotational overnight on-call support. • Market Oversight:Manage assigned market performance, analyze results, implement corrective actions.• Special Projects:Drive initiatives such as scheduling, updating process documentation, enhancing controls, reviewing reporting. • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory accuracy. About you:• Education &Experience:Four‑year degree or equivalent; 2+ years in physical inventory or store operations preferred. • Travel Flexibility:Willingness to travel up to 30%. • Leadership & Influence:Strong leadership, critical thinking, conflict management, influence without authority.• Resilience & Adaptability:Comfortable navigating challenges and adapting to changing priorities. • CollaborationSkills:Proven ability to build relationships across teams. • Communication & Presentation:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Project Management:Experience managing projects and processes with attention to detail. • TechnicalSkills:Proficient in bolthires Office; advanced Excel preferred.
