This position is not offering visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future What will you be doing? Collaborate with and support field sales, national accounts, finance, marketing, legal, and pricing management to analyze, negotiate, implement, and manage pricing deals and contracts with customers across the U.S.for the Sports Medicine and ENT divisions of Smith+ Nephew. Manage and coordinate internal pricing and contracts activities including but not limited to deal preparation and financial analysis, contract and pricing approvals, terms and conditions, pricing administration, contract expirations, Requests for Proposal, contract strategy, pricing analytics and other essential pricing functions. Work closely with field sales and national accounts to grow business and shape pricing and contracts. Prepare, analyze, and interpret sales reports/data for account analysis and risk assessment, and make recommendations to the business and obtain approvals.Provide direction to pricing administration and ensure they accurately maintain pricing in SAP. Responsible for bids and proposals including pricing guidelines and contractual/legal considerations. Manage contract data, expirations, deviation rules, and contract compliance. Implement and manage pricing initiative projects to achieve financial objectives. Become familiar with Sports Medicine and ENT products and provide support and recommendations as needed. What will you need to be successful? Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or marketing with an emphasis in quantitative business analysis is required.Experience: A minimum of 5 years pricing and contracts experience is required. Experience working with and supporting a large field sales organization in a medical device market is preferred. Advanced experience in Excel Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are critical. Leadership if any: Prior experience managing team members is not required. However, the ability to independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and provide guidance to others and grow into a leadership role to other team members is essential.Travel Requirements: Apply tot his job
