Sr. Product Operations Manager
Position Title: Sr. Product Operations Manager, NetworkDepartment: Product OperationsReports To: Director, Product OperationsLocation: US RemoteOverview: One Inc is seeking aSenior Product Operations Manager, Network to lead the end-to-end commercialization and go-to-market strategy for major initiatives within the Network product line. This highly visible role sits within the Product Operations organization and acts as a force multiplier for Product Management, providing the insights, frameworks, and cross-functional alignment needed to help teams move faster and make smarter decisions.In addition to driving execution, this role requires a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, shape best practices, and guide product teams on how to position, launch, and scale new capabilities effectively. You will own the full commercialization lifecycle for key product launches, including defining launch tiers, establishing product readiness, and driving the design and continuous evolution of our early-access beta programs. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will manage the processes, communications, and KPIs that ensure new features are introduced effectively and adopted successfully.This role is not just about bringing products to market, it is about owning their performance and impact from concept through customer adoption, while advising teams on the approaches that make go-to-market efforts succeed. Key Responsibilities:Commercialization & Launch Leadership• Lead the end-to-end operational execution of bringing new products and features to market—from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.• Design and implement comprehensive commercialization and launch strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands. • Own the success of product launches by driving cross-functional alignment, readiness, and adoption across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement. • Maintain executive-level visibility, regularly presenting launch plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement• Lead sessions with customers to gather feedback on product features, pricing strategies, and launch readiness.• Confidently represent the voice of the market in internal discussions, using data and insights to influence product direction and go-to-market decisions. • Demonstrate strong persuasive communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and advocate for market-informed strategies. • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that shape product positioning and commercialization strategy. Beta Program Strategy• Own the strategy and approach for beta programs to validate new product features and gather early customer feedback and inform product readiness.Define beta objectives, success metrics, and feedback loops; track outcomes to inform product readiness, collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate based on insights. • Serve as the primary point of contact for beta customers, ensuring clear communication and structured feedback collection. Go-To-Market Enablement• Partner with Product Marketing to define messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. • Coordinate GTM launch plans, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.• Facilitate enablement for internal teams by delivering training, collateral, FAQs, and other launch materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Sales to operationalize and scale product processes. Drive best practices, templates, and tools to standardize how Stakeholder teams prepare for and execute launches. Ensure product documentation, messaging, and internal resources are current and accessible. Launch Management & Performance Tracking• Coordinate planning and execution of product launches, coordinating efforts across departments for successful rollouts.• Define and track KPIs to measure product readiness, adoption rate, customer impact and feedback across Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) stages. • Support the creation of dashboards and reporting to share insights and inform continuous improvement. • Use metrics and feedback to refine product readiness and beta program approaches continuously. Skills:• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • RelevantExperience: 7+ years in product operations, product management, go-to-market roles within enterprise SaaS or payments.Experience in insurance is a strong plus. • Commercialization Expertise: Proven success in leading product launches from concept to market adoption, including early adopter beta programs, and cross-functional enablement. • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to translate customer feedback, and business goals into actionable launch strategies and operational plans. • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.• Adaptability & Drive: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
