Sr. Specialist, Business Development Operations
About the positionResponsibilities• Develops and manages sales reporting to provide adequate data and analysis for teams use, as well as strategic data and analysis for management. • Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes. • Generates project financial estimates using in-house tools and programs. • Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports of Sales Team sales performance. • Captures and updates required and ad-hoc reporting materials to provide management customized reports.• Build, manage, and maintain cross-functional Liaison relationships. • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Requirements• Proficiency in CRM tools, policies, and procedures (Salesforce & SFA Reporting, bolthires Looker, bolthires Suite of products (Excel (formulas), PP etc) & mySource)• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
