What You'll Be Doing:Banking & Cash ManagementInitiate ACHs, wires, and internal transfersHandle remote deposits and track daily cash activityPerform monthly bank reconciliations for both hospital and corporate accountsProvide support to field locations for banking supply ordersDistribute NSF notifications to clinicsCorporate Journal Entries & ReconciliationsRecord and reconcile entries for loans, debt, and financing costsBreak down vendor auto-drafts, rebates, and other recurring activityPrepare a variety of ad hoc journal entries as neededSupport credit card processing, including disputes, chargebacks, and accrualsAssist with user management and access setup across platformsHandle new vendor enrollments, dashboard setups, and payment activity trackingMaintain records for online store sales, including monthly entries and ownership changesPerform reconciliations and settle-up accounting for shared revenue and feesWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public)Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting softwareA self-starter mindset—you’re curious, dependable, and comfortable with a fast paceStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallySeniority level Seniority level AssociateEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Accounting/AuditingIndustriesProfessional ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at firstPRO, Inc by 2xInferred from the description for this job Disability insuranceVision insuranceMedical insurance401(k)Tuition assistanceGet notified when a new job is posted.Sign in to set job alerts for “Accountant” roles.
