Key Responsibilities: Supervision: • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), promoting best practices and professional development in both school and clinical settings. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic platforms, reflecting our commitment to effective and supportive care. Key Attributes for Success: • Leadership skills • Positive Attitude • Passionate about Neuro-Affirming Therapy • Proficient in Informal and Dynamic Assessment • Self-Motivated • Functional Problem Solving Skills • Flexible • Growth Mindset • Integrity • 2+ years of experience in the field preferred Requirements: • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona, in good standing. • Experience working with members of various ages and needs. • A passion for working with members and a commitment to delivering high-quality neuro-affirming therapy. • Exceptional clinical writing and verbal communication skills. • Creativity and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
