Responsibilities
• Address and respond to all product inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Handle suspected adverse events related to veterinary products.
• Ensure compliance with US regulations (FDA, USDA, EPA) and relevant GMPs.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other support staff.
• Maintain and report adverse events and product quality complaints.
Requirements
• Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant or technician.
