Tax Preparer - REMOTE

As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your knowledge of tax laws, accounting software, and financial concepts to deliver exceptional service that empowers clients to achieve their financial goals. • Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations • Gather and analyze financial data using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to support accurate tax filings • Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, offering guidance on deductions, credits, and potential savings opportunities • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, documentation, and filings in accordance with regulatory standards • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and financial regulations to provide informed advice and ensure compliance • Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation using various accounting tools • Support marketing efforts by promoting our tax services through client engagement and outreach initiatives • Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related financial roles with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations MUST BE CERTIFIED AND HAVE SOFTWARE • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms is highly preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, corporate accounting, and technical accounting practices • Strong analysis skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all filings and reports • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally • Proficiency in math, 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy, and experience with financial analysis tools are essential • Prior experience in sales or marketing of financial services is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a real difference!
