Technical Project Manager / HealthTech AI

Location: Remote (US-based, EST overlap required) Engagement: Contract-to-Perm (90-day evaluation) Reports To: Founder & CEO A360 is an AI-native healthcare Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) emerging from stealth following a successful beta phase with live clinical deployments. Founded by a healthtech entrepreneur with a prior successful exit in the same vertical, A360 is building the infrastructure layer that enables agentic workflows across clinical documentation, care delivery, and patient engagement. We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to work directly with the founder and engineering teams to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline as the platform scales from beta into broader production rollout. This role manages work across Jira and ClickUp, coordinates efforts between the Rapid R&D (RAD) team and production engineering, and plays a key role in making the Agent Exchange production-ready. This is a hands-on, technical PM role, not a business-only or reporting-focused position. You will work closely with engineers, DevOps, and AI teams to translate complex technical work into executable plans, clear milestones, and reliable delivery—without slowing innovation. Must-Haves Experience managing technical projects for engineering teams Strong working knowledge of Jira and ClickUp Comfort working with platform, DevOps, and AI teams Startup experience with evolving systems and ambiguity Clear communicator able to work directly with founders Compensation Contract-to-permanent engagement with a 90-day evaluation period.
