Teledentistry For Dentist/RDH

We are seeking licensed Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) and Dentists to join our innovative teledentistry platform. This is a unique, work-from-home opportunity that allows dental professionals to provide essential oral health services and education to patients nationwide through synchronous and asynchronous telehealth approaches. Key Responsibilities • Teledentistry Visit Management • Organize and conduct teledentistry visits with assigned network patients • Utilize both synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous telehealth approaches to provide comprehensive care • Manage a dashboard of approximately 200 network patients per month • Oral Health Services • Provide preventive and basic dental services within the scope of teledentistry • Conduct pre- and post-surgical care consultations • Offer nutrition counseling related to oral health • Provide tobacco cessation guidance and support • Perform oral health assessments and screenings • Recommend appropriate oral hygiene practices and products • Patient Education and Counseling • Deliver oral health education and hygiene instructions • Conduct routine oral counseling sessions • Explain dental procedures, treatment plans, and preventive measures • Address patient concerns and questions regarding oral health • Teledentistry Procedures • Interpret dental radiographs and intraoral images remotely • Guide patients through self-examinations and at-home care techniques • Provide remote consultations for dental emergencies • Offer virtual follow-up appointments to monitor healing and treatment progress • Patient Engagement • Proactively invite patients for routine oral counseling sessions • Educate patients on the benefits of teledentistry and their assigned UHA benefits • Foster a positive patient experience in the virtual dental care environment • Documentation and Compliance • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records • Ensure all teledentistry practices comply with HIPAA regulations and state-specific teledentistry laws • Adhere to professional standards and best practices in virtual dental care Qualifications and Requirements • Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or Dentist in your practicing state • Proven experience in dental practice, with a strong foundation in preventive care and patient education • Proficiency in using computers, internet-based platforms, and digital communication tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients in a virtual setting • Thorough understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations • Willingness to comply with state and federal teledentistry business eligibility criteria • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new digital platforms and tools Additional Information • Work Schedule: Flexible – part-time or full-time options available based on your availability • Location: Work from home – nationwide opportunity (must be licensed in the state of practice) • Contract Type: Independent Teledentistry Contractor (must be prepared to comply with state business policies) • Patient Load: Approximately 200 network patients assigned per month • Support Provided: Dental Biller, Eligibility Verifier, training resources, digital platforms, and marketing tools provided by the company Benefits of Joining Our Teledentistry Team • Flexible work-from-home opportunity • Access to a steady stream of patients through our network • Cutting-edge teledentistry platform and resources • Opportunity to expand your practice and reach patients across your licensed state(s) • Supportive team environment with provided resources for billing, eligibility verification, and marketing Original job Teledentistry For Dentist/RDH posted on GrabJobs ©.
