This is a unique opportunity for individuals to grow their practice with the support of an established and growing team of experienced IP professionals.Qualifications:1-At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance2-Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions3-Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations4-Experience with trademark due diligence5-Trademark litigation experience is a plus6-Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings a plus7-Copyright procurement experience a plusSelf sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required.Ideal candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
