## Job descriptionTrading Operations tasks:Trade settlement and communication with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlementsTrade reconciliation from post trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlementLiaising internally with the wider trading and other teams, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and providing administrative support where neededAsset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXsHelping improve and contributing to the design of a more streamlined trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures## Background and experienceWe value self-awareness, passion, and a conscious choice to thrive in the crypto industry.The perfect fit is a collaborative, crypto-curious individual who acts with ownership and delivers scalable outcomes.
