Transaction Coordinator / Acquisition Support (Part-Time, Remote)
Off Grid Land LLC is a real estate company focused on helping individuals and families purchase affordable vacant land for off-grid and sustainable living. The company is seeking a part-time Transaction Coordinator / Acquisition Support team member to assist with property intake, due diligence, and closing processes. This role supports the front and back ends of land acquisitions and is suited for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing property data and transaction workflows. Training is provided, making this a good opportunity for candidates with some real estate exposure or strong research and coordination skills. Key responsibilities may include: • Assisting with intake and evaluation of vacant land opportunities • Supporting due diligence activities and property research • Organizing property data, documents, and transaction files • Coordinating acquisition steps through contract and closing • Communicating with internal team members to keep deals moving • Supporting multiple active properties and workflows concurrently Ideal qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Real estate transaction or property research experience is helpful but not required • Willingness to learn acquisition and land transaction processes Compensation & schedule: • Hourly pay range: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience • Part-time commitment: approximately 5–20 hours per week • Bonus pay may be available per completed acquisition • Flexible remote schedule This job listing is shared by REVA Hire as a third-party referral.
