OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator/Dispositions Manager to join our real estate team. This role is vital in managing property transactions from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between clients, agents, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management and real estate law.Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients. Duties• Coordinate all aspects of property transactions, including contract review, documentation,communication, Docusign, dispatching vendors, etc. • Manage the disposition process for properties, including finding local realtors. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, outside tc’s, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication throughout the transaction process.• Negotiate terms and resolve issues that may arise during negotiations or escrow periods to ensure successful closings. • Oversee administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and complete. • Assist with property management activities as needed, including scheduling inspections and coordinating repairs or maintenance. • Stay informed about real estate laws and market trends to provide accurate guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.Requirements• Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management with strong organizational skills. • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and transaction processes. • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to negotiate effectively. • Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. • Experience in marketing properties and understanding sales strategies is preferred. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. • Administrative experience within the real estate industry or related fields is required.
