This is a remote position you can work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities• Schedule and coordinate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals. • Manage multiple travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. • Communicate with clients and suppliers to confirm and finalize travel arrangements.• Monitor booking confirmations, deadlines, and payment schedules. • Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and re-bookings efficiently. • Maintain detailed records of client communications and booking data. • Deliver exceptional customer support with professionalism and attention to detail.
