This role focuses on analytics of our pharmacy purchases, dispenses, and data management and reporting. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. PrimaryResponsibilities:• Works directly withSenior Vice President of Procurement to guide and inform decision making by combining a deep understanding of the business with create and insightful analytics• Works with other business leaders to gain insights and understanding of key drivers of revenue and acquisition costs that drive business profitability• Learns new data systems to comply with data integrity and security to safeguard all personal identifiable information• Integrates business knowledge with data analysis to construct financial pro formas and/or budgets• Designs, creates, and maintains reports for business leadership• Establishes methodologies for reporting efficiencies by categorizing and organizing reporting requests to meet deadlines• Designs, creates, and maintains robust models of potential opportunities and their impacts to business• Queries and analyzes large data sets to find themes and drive business intelligence• Ad-hoc data analysis as neededYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.RequiredQualifications:• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics role with business analysis and/or financial reporting• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
