SummaryAs the Center for Entrepreneurship's Business Intelligence & CRM Analyst, you will support our data collection, management and reporting processes. You will report to the CFE Unit Administrator and will work in collaboration with the CFE team to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and support our data analytics needs.The CFE prioritizes data informed decision-making, and you will present data to enhance our ability to understand and act on the information and tell the stories of our students and programs. What You'll Do• Design and manage the CFE's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems architecture. • Manage the collection, entry, organization, and validation of internal and external data. • Prepare and evaluate relevant data that support the CFE's reporting needs, including CFE key indicators, annual reports, sponsored research reports, and special projects.• Work in collaboration with program leads to determine data, reports, analytics, training, and service requirements. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using appropriate Business Intelligence tools and techniques based on customer needs. • Produce ad-hoc reports to support our programs' recruitment, marketing and other projects. Desired Qualifications*• High level of comfort with learning new software tools and proprietary programming languages. • Previous work experience within an academic environment. • Knowledge of U-M's data management systems.
