As we expand our US footprint, we are building a new US tax function and seeking a driven US Tax Analyst who wants to help shape this capability from the ground up as part of a newly established team.The OpportunityReporting to theSenior US Tax Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will help establish and execute TenCate’s US tax operations. You’ll be a key contributor in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across federal and state tax matters, while supporting broader tax initiatives and continuous process improvements. This role is central to TenCate’s US growth story, offering the autonomy to innovate with the support needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities• Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimated payments, and related documentation for TenCate’s US entities.• Develop and maintain a US tax compliance tracker. • Support the US tax provision process under ASC 740, including deferred tax calculations and documentation for audits and statutory reporting. • Assist with international tax compliance, including preparation and filing of Forms 5471 and 8858. • Assist with calculations and reporting for GILTI, BEAT, and FDII, ensuring compliance with US international tax legislation. • Monitor US tax legislative changes and assess their impact on TenCate’s operations.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, accounting) and external advisors to ensure compliance and support business initiatives. • Support tax audits and help resolve issues with tax authorities. • Drive process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control. • Participate in tax planning, strategy, and legal entity rationalization in partnership with theSenior US Tax Manager and Group Tax Director. What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in US federal and state tax within a corporate tax department or public accounting firm. • Experience with multi-entity US organizations and international reporting (5471/8858) is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of Tax Technology such as Onesource or Alteryx is a plus.
