The Anywhere Product Design team is seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Director to lead a team responsible for enhancing the user experience of our tools for real estate agents. As a Director of Product Design, you will create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces that empower real estate professionals to excel in their roles. Requirements• Strategic Leadership: Define the overall UX vision and strategy for agent tools. • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and front-end developers.• Design Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences. • User Research and Insights: Work with user research to conduct studies and translate insights into actionable design improvements. • Design Operations (DesignOps): Work with Program Management to optimize design workflows, tools, and processes.
