UX Researcher, Secure 3P Tools
- 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience- Bachelors degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field- Experience in leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact- Experience (end to end) with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)- Experience with lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, survey design, and usage of multiple methods within a study- Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas)- Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)- Masters degree in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology- Knowledge of quantitative data analysis and statistics- Experience conducting and applying research in a global context- Experience working in a highly Agile/Scrum environment- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time- Experience with various types of research methodologies is key, including quant, qual, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting, etc.- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams- * Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal guidanceAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,600/year in our highest geographic market. Design and execute mixed-method research studies across in-person, remote, diary studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing. Inform segmentation, mental models, and persona development for S3T group. Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to integrate insights into roadmaps, experiments, and long-term strategy.Synthesize findings across multiple research workstreams to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and unmet needs.
