The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end management of the effectiveness of vendors supporting Service Operations Contact Centers. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between vendors such as third-party overflow contact centers, temporary staffing agencies, translation service providers and others, ensuring vendor performance consistently meets or exceeds expectations. In this capacity, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and meaningful data on the vendor’s performance, establishing vendor related KPIs as well as annual forecasts on vendor effectiveness and costs, and identifying solutions through process improvement to ensure that the maximum effect of each vendor is realized.Experience with data solutions such as MS Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, as well as with Contact Center specific solutions, such as Verint WFM and Avaya CMS, will help make an immediate impact. The Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Workforce Management Planning, will be the first point of contact for vendor related issues, seamlessly navigating contact with a variety of external partners, as well as internal leadership teams and support teams such as Information Services, Finance, Innovation and Analytics, Training, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to ensure the needs of those internal partners are being met.This position will be responsible for ensuring that the vendor meets all accountabilities as outlined in the Master Services Agreement and Scope of Work, and to partner with these various other departments in ensuring that vendor accountabilities are well established, tracked, and managed. Education/Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree required. • Relevant work experience performing business data analysis. • Must gain an intricate knowledge of the following:• Businesses each vendor supports. • Identifying evolving requirements and recommending solutions to continuously adapt to those changing needs.• Use of knowledge to develop strategic plans for vendor development, and establish annual financial forecasts related to those vendors costs and alignment to those strategic plans. • 3 to 5 years experience• Contact Center experience is preferred. • Very strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to function autonomously and as part of a team.
