This is your chance to join as we enter hyper-growth and make a massive impact, forever changing the way people buy and sell B2B SaaS.The Sales RevOps Analyst will serve as a collaborative thought-partner on strategy, planning, and execution to the Head of Sales. This individual will have a healthy balance of operations, technical and analytical experience to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enable the Sales and BDR teams to drive growth and success. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations. (Ideally this role will be Hybrid and can sit in our Charleston, SC or Boston, MA office).What you'll do:• Develop, implement and manage operational sales/business development solutions and processes• Oversee Sales and BDR (Business Development Representative) funnel process management to optimize pipeline flow: Lead to Opportunity to Quote to Cash• Responsible for process analysis, optimization, improvement and measurement• Identify process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation• Work with Sales/BDR department and GTM (Go To Market) Business systems stakeholders to gather priorities and business requirements/details, understand needs, advise and propose/develop/implement operational solutions and tools• Translate business requirements to operational and technical requirements• Quota & territory planning and management• Create book of business assignments and ownership and distribution policies and governance• Forecast and pipeline management; define forecast categories, partner with Sales/BDR to maintain healthy pipeline and hygiene, monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting process• Day-to-day field operations support for Sales reps and BDRs• Design, create and administer Sales/BDR compensation plans• Design and administer ongoing SPIFFs and incentives program to drive specific behaviors• Manage deal desk operations, execution, quote to cash management; deal review and validation; pricing and deal controls/guidelines and approvals• Sales document management: SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, Security reviews, etc.• Build reports and dashboards to track activity and performance metrics and KPIsWhat we need:• 2-5 years of sales operations experience, ideally within a SaaS company• Proficiency with bolthires Excel/bolthires Sheets, PowerPoint/bolthires Slides• Experience with Salesforce.com• Experience with other Sales/GTM tools: (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong.IO)• Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Automation tools (i.e. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot)• Nice to have: Experience with data visualization tools (i.e.Looker, Tableau, Anaplan, etc.)• Nice to have: Knowledge of working with project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Asana, Confluence)• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen• Passion for solving complex problems• Demonstrated success in delivering results working x-functionally• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects#LI-REMOTEWhy Vendr• We're rapidly growing, (3x growth YoY in ARR, 2x headcount growth YoY)• We're a disruptor, we're changing the way saas is purchased and managed• We have the right value proposition at this time, (we save companies time and money and help them grow efficiently)• We're a startup with durable growth, (25M+ ARR, 530+ active customers, financially backed with our recent Series B raise)• We have great people and a strong culture, (check out our values) * Competitive pay & benefits applicable to U.S.employees, ask our team for details on our International benefits• Medical, Dental, Vision with company paid premiums• HSA contribution• Flexible/unlimited PTO• 12 paid company holidays in addition to PTO• 4% 401k matching• WFH stipend• Education & wellness reimbursement• Annual company-wide shutdown in JulyVendr is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
