About the positionResponsibilities• Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of supply chain programs to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes• Lead the development and execution of supply plans to meet business needs, collaborating with operations and supplier partners to ensure the availability of products and materials; managing inventory levels to optimize costs and service levels• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain metrics, using data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address issues and enhance efficiency• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Organizational Effectiveness, Finance, Brand Partners and Supplier partners to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain activities with overall business objectives• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive synergies and achieve common goals• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, capacity constraints, and quality issues• Develop contingency plans and strategies to ensure business continuity• Provide leadership, development opportunities and direction to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards• Promote sustainable practices within the supply chain to minimize environmental impact and enhance corporate social responsibilityRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry• Proven track record of strategic leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive systemwide initiatives• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain management• Commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibilityBenefits• Unlimited paid time off for exempt employees• One paid volunteer day of your choice• Competitive bonus structure for eligible roles• Team member stock purchase plan• Health savings or flexible spending account options• 401k - (dollar for dollar on the first 3% and then 50 cents on the dollar for the next 2% for team member contributions up to 5% of eligible compensation)• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits• Basic life and AD&D insurance provided• Pet insurance• Education Assistance• Wellness reimbursement program• Paid maternity and paternity leave• Lunch provided every Tuesday and Thursday in office• Work from home Fridays• Discount on Wingstop gift cards• Discounted onsite dry cleaning• Discounted onsite car detailing• Onsite game room and patio Apply tot his job
